The WMT Magnet Seed Mix is a carefully selected blend of different annual seeds that function together in succession of maturity and longevity of seed. Each seed has been chosen because of its particular contribution to cover as well as for the nutritional value and for the different maturity times of each plant. Some varieties grow to heights up to 10 feet providing excellent protection from avian predators, while some varieties have been chosen because of their availability at first frost. Other varieties have been chosen because they maintain their nutritional value through the winter months.

WMT’s MAGNET SEED MIX is planted in the spring and grows to maturity the first season.  It provides dense overhead cover and protection from avian and mammalian predators that prey upon adult birds.  This allows game birds to move about and feed freely beneath a canopy of leaves and cover.  It also provides abundant drought resistant varieties of seed. Annuals require yearly replanting.
